Having sold many properties over the past few years, I have no doubt that a professionally styled property adds an enormous amount of value to the final selling price, as well as reducing the number of days a property sits on the market.

 

The work that you did on this particular unit was excellent, and you created a much needed ‘WOW’ factor, to what would otherwise have been a fairly standard one bedroom unit, that would have blended in with all of the other properties on the market.

 

You skilfully made a very small unit have the perception of being much larger, as well as being able to brighten up the entire unit, (which was no mean feat for a unit with only one window!), features which greatly appealed to all buyers who inspected the property.  

 

I have no doubt that your expertise, and attention to detail went a very long way to helping us achieve a fantastic result and I would not hesitate to recommend you to my future vendors.

The unit renovation and styling you did in the apartment in Dee Why was excellent. 

It can be easy to over capitalise when renovating and you got the mix right for the market. 

 

All the renovated items added real value and the styling showed the apartment off at its best which resulted in an excellent sale within 3 weeks of listing.  I have no doubt that the styling was a significant contributor to the quick sale and record price.
